The owner on every job.

Alex Bogdanov is the founder and owner of ClearCut Homes. Driven by a lifelong passion for creating something out of nothing, Alex has dedicated years to mastering the skills that high-quality residential remodeling takes.

Rather than simply managing projects, he brings hands-on expertise to every phase of construction, from structural framing, roofing and carpentry to plumbing, electrical and custom finishes for interior and exterior spaces.

Proudly serving Upstate South Carolina, Alex built his business on two principles: transparent communication and meticulous attention to detail. If you want the job done right the first time, reach out today.
