How do I get a price?
Text Alex two or three photos of the space and a line about what you want done. He will set up a visit and give you a written scope and price before any work starts.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free and written.
Where do you work?
Greenville, Spartanburg and Anderson counties. If you are close by, text and ask.
Are you insured?
Yes, ClearCut Homes is fully insured.
How long does a typical job take?
A bathroom usually takes two to three weeks, a kitchen four to six. You get a schedule with the written estimate.
How do payments work?
Payment schedule as Alex runs it, for example a deposit, a progress payment and the balance at the final walkthrough.
Can I pick my own materials?
Yes. Alex can source everything, or work with tile, fixtures and finishes you choose.
Do you work with investors on flips and rentals?
Yes. Flip and rental turnarounds are a big part of the work, on a set schedule and budget.
Who handles permits?
When a job needs a permit, it is pulled through a licensed builder Alex works with, and the work is inspected like any permitted job.
Who will be working in my house?
Alex runs every job himself and is on site. Trusted trades come in for licensed electrical and plumbing work.
